For more than ten years, Brooke has excelled in vibrant recruitment environments, demonstrating a keen ability to foresee diversity staffing needs and management of digital and creative projects. She efficiently enhances the diversity prospecting process through streamlined interviewing techniques, fair contract negotiations, and exceptional relationship-building.
Beginning her career at BET Networks and Thurgood Marshall College Fund, Brooke showcased an extreme interest in multicultural markets and diversity recruitment. In2013, she acquired her first contract role at Amazon overseeing studio production, talent recruitment, brand development, bookings, and agency and client management. Consistently demonstrating her optimal talent and desire to integrate diversity, Brooke also secured freelance projects across various industries with companies like Citigroup, Victoria’s Secret, and Greenhouse.io where she continued to produce creative and digital (UX) projects. In 2018, Brooke completed her post graduate studies at Oxford University receiving a diploma in Organizational Leadership.After reaching this academic milestone, Brooke then launched HueCap Agency.
